Return Policy

Return Policy:

You can return products for free within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Return a product:

To return an item back to Repello please:

1. Email us at getrepello@gmail.com with the name of the product you are returning, your order number and the reason for your return 
2. We will generate a pick up from your address with our trusted delivery partner. 
3. We will refund your account once your return has been delivered to our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect on your credit card account.

Cancellation Policy :

You can cancel your order by mailing us at getrepello@gmail.com. However, if the product has already been shipped then we will require you to reimburse us for the shipping cost.

Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallet, cash on delivery and Net banking
